I was reminiscing and scrolling back through old Facebook pages and came across this.  Some people love facebook, some people hate it, but it sure is a good way of keeping in touch.

I was very lucky that at the age of 22 I got a boot up the bum (more specifically a lorry up the bum).   There’s nothing like getting a bit squashed and then having amazing people put you back together again to wake you up a bit.  I don’t entirely recommend such drastic steps, there are other ways.

Making time for important suff like family and friends can sometimes be tricky in our mad old world but it’s always worth it.
